Who we are

Creator Map is a creator-powered map of Tel Aviv restaurants and cafés. This policy covers the Creator Map website and its creator and merchant tools.

What we collect

• Browsing the map: nothing that identifies you. We keep anonymous usage counts (a spot was viewed, a link was tapped) to understand what is useful.
• If you sign in: your email address, and the spots you save and creators you follow.
• If you connect Instagram as a creator: your Instagram username and account ID, an access token (stored encrypted, used only by our servers), and the captions, permalinks and thumbnails of your own posts — so we can suggest the places you already recommended. You approve every suggestion before it appears.
• If you run a venue: the business name, contact email, offer details, and the bill amount staff enter when a member pass is scanned.

What we do with it

We use it to run the product: show the map, build a creator's page, issue membership passes, and attribute a verified visit to the creator who sent the customer. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your Instagram content for anything other than generating place suggestions for your own map.

Sharing

Data is processed by our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and authentication) and our hosting provider — acting on our instructions. Wallet passes are generated through WalletWallet. Instagram data comes from Meta under their Platform Terms.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. Email privacy@creatormap.app from the address on your account, or — if you connected Instagram — remove Creator Map from your Instagram “Apps and websites” settings, which sends us an automatic deletion request. We remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
